Poem game for any wedding shower

Did you know that you too can be poetic and write a poem?  Brace yourself for some great entertainment and merry making in the nuptial bash. You will soon discover the poet hiding inside the visitors. 

Here is how to play the game:
Collect various types of candies and other sundry items, organize them tidily on a huge plate and then conceal them with a coverlet. 
Divide all presents into two groups and show them what is hidden for say half a minute.
Each group has to create a verse using all of the things on the plate. 

The group that has utilized all the things (or most of them)  is the winning team.  All in the winning group will be handed a bridal shower gift.  This can be one of the many exciting games for you, but it would be a superb playtime for everyone. Let your imagination run wild and be as artistic as possible. 

Almost sure, everyone will have a blast! No one will ever forget this celebration for a long time.
