You need to know what shoes the Bride and Groom are going to be wearing on the Wedding day and then purchase the same shoes but two sizes smaller. That morning switch shoes and have a camera recording as they find they suddenly do not fit into their wedding shoes!
Variations
You could make the shoes two sizes too big instead of too small.
Or have a much smaller or much larger version of the Groom’s jacket to swap!

You will need a willing accomplice in this joke on the Bride, one that the Bride and the other guests at the party do not know. Make a fake invitation for a baby shower and put an address that is close to where the Bridal shower is happening. Tell the accomplice you want her to arrive at the shower about half an hour late and bring with her a large purse with gifts for a baby in it and the fake baby shower invite at the bottom.
When she gets to the party she has to mingle quietly and unobtrusively for a while. Hopefully the Bride will notice her and confront her at which point this Stranger congratulates the Bride on the baby. Have her tell the Bride they are co-workers (give her some details about the Bride so she sounds convincing beforehand). Have her comment on the Bride’s glow, ask about sickness, names etc.
Now you come over and ask to see the Stranger’s invitation. She rummages through her purse pulling out baby things like bottles, rattles, etc with bows stuck on them. She finally gets to the invitation at the bottom of the bag and you discover she is at the wrong house. Guide her out and then after a minute come back in with her and confess the whole thing.
